To diffuse in a traditional burner, simply fill dish with water and add a few drops of oil on top before lighting the candle. For electrical fragrancers, follow instructions given by the manual. For massage: dilute in a carrier oil and gently massage over the skin. Add a few drops to a handkerchief or inhale directly from the bottle if you are on the go. Dilute in distilled water and pour into spray bottle for an all-natural room fragrancer.
Chamomile Roman blends beautifully with many other oils, but particularly well with Lavender, Bergamot, Clary Sage, Geranium & Jasmine.
Originally from southern and western Europe and now naturalised to North America. Cultivated in the UK, Belgium, Hungary, the USA, France and Italy. It’s generally accepted that the best Chamomile Roman Oil comes from the UK which is where Amphora source our oils from.
Diluted in a carrier oil and used in massage to help calm and soothe. Add a few drops to your shampoo or conditioner to help promote more manageable hair. Add 2 -3 drops to a diffuser or vaporiser to create a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. Add a few drops to a warm bath to help you wind down and de-stress before bedtime. Use in skincare to help calm irritated and sensitive skin - dilute to a maximum of 1% in a base cream or lotion and gently massage over effected areas.

Used in herbalism for 2,000 years. One of the Saxons nine sacred herbs. Traditionally used as a muscle relaxant and skin conditioner.

Dilute in a carrier oil before skin application. Keep away from children and out of eyes. Do not take internally or apply undiluted to the skin. For further advice on using essential oils to treat medical conditions, we recommend you seek advice from a professional.

'Chamomile is also called the plant physician as it was thought to have kept other plants healthy. Planted next to a sickly plant, it will revive it, and insects tend to avoid Chamomile'.
