Using fingertips, gently desired amount to the effected area.
AVOID CONTACT WITH EYES. IF EYES ARE AFFECTED DO NOT RUB AND WASH OUT IMMEDIATELY AND THOROUGHLY WITH WARM WATER. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. DO NOT SWALLOW. FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY.

In our house our family say that tea tree gel is the answer to all ills. I don't have anything other than tea tree and arnica gel in my first aid drawer as we never use anything else. I would recommend both gels to everyone. the best find ever.
