Niaouli shares many of the same properties with Tea Tree and Eucalyptus (although slightly gentler). It is therefore a great oil to have at hand during the winter months when we are more at risk of coughs and colds.

Naturally clearing, it may be useful in helping clear the airways and easing a stuffy head.

I use this for my colds combined with Eucalyptus, it's also great in baths to clear the airwaves. Slightly milder than Eucalyptus so i use this more frequently.
