Be good to yourself! Thoroughly cleanse face with warm water only (not soap or detergent) to leave pores open. Place unopened sachet in hand hot water for 1 minute. Apply evenly over face and neck with fingertips, avoiding eyes and lips. Lie back, relax and de-stress. Leave on 10-15 minutes, massage gently and rinse with water. Pat dry. Use weekly.
