Eucalyptus essential oil is often made use of during the winter months to help to clear nasal passages; you can try diluting it with a carrier oil and massaging over the chest as well as using in a steam inhalation (add 2-3 drops to a bowl of hot water, place towel over your head and inhale the refreshing aromas).

Well known and loved for its incredibly fresh and invigorating aroma; when vaporised, Eucalyptus may be helpful in promoting clarity of thought as well as helping to open the nasal passages. Its also believed useful for helping ease stiff joints and aching muscles; a great one for use after sport and other physical activities.
