With Winter lockdown and further restrictions due to coronavirus,

some of us may be feeling overwhelmed and downhearted,

but little things can make a huge difference to your overall wellbeing.

Here are my tips to help lift your spirits at home, taking advantage of the wonderful aromatherapy products from Amphora Aromatics.

Pleasant aromas can really enhance your mood and can stimulate happy memories, I adore the combination of 4 drops of Orange, 2 Ginger and 2 of Clove essential oils during Winter. These warming oils help bring a comforting and festive atmosphere to my living room, definitely what we all need right about now!

Amphora’s natural plant-based 40-hour pot candles create a cosy, sensual feel to any home and fill the air with delightful aromas. One of my favourites is the Limeleaf & Ginger, this fruity, spicy scent is uplifting and helps me to feel revived. These pot candles make wonderful gifts, the packaging is so cute too!

We all know how important it is to keep hands clean, that is why I use Amphora’s Red Rose Soap. This vegetable-based, vegan-friendly soap is made by hand and is rich in skin-loving ingredients such as coconut and castor oil. I love how this soap does not leave my hands feeling dry and it smells incredible!

Taking long soaks in a bath filled with bubbles always makes me feel relaxed, but not everybody has time for baths. My tip on how to make showering a pampering experience is to apply Ooh Arr’s Juicy Burst cream face mask when you get in and leave it on until you have finished washing your hair and body, then rinse off.

This high in Vitamin C cream mask is one of my favourites I have ever used, you can noticeably see your skin glowing! It is packed full of natural fruity ingredients; this is why it smells unbelievably good!

I hope you all stay well and hope these aromatherapy tips can help enhance your mood, (even if it is a small amount!)
