Fairly basic introductory guide to the principles of aromatherapy. Limited in scope and excludes the less common oils. Simple and clear, not a bad place to start. Little to offer anyone who is already into aromatherapy, though. Could be a good stocking filler/small gift for a teen.

I am new to aromatherapy so this book is absolutely fantastic! Everything is explained in simple terms which makes it fabulous for beginners! This book has an a-z index of physical and psychological conditions so you can cross reference any condition and create the perfect blends for you! Also explains the many different ways of using essential oils! Definately buy this is if your a beginner or even if your not!
