My mum is an aromatherapist so I have experienced a huge array of geranium essential oils over the years. This is however the best by far we have used it for a wide range of reasons. Personally I use it to ease anxiety and help me sleep it is also a beautiful scent to have around you in the day. Lovely product and very reasonably priced.
