Jasmin is renowned as being an incredibly uplifting oil due to its sweet, floral aroma. A naturally sensual oil; it may be a lovely oil to use to help set the mood for a romantic evening in. To diffuse in a traditional burner, simply fill dish with water and add a few drops of oil on top before lighting the candle. For electrical fragrancers, follow instructions given by the manual. For massage: dilute in a carrier oil and gently massage over the skin. Add a few drops to a handkerchief or inhale directly from the bottle if you are on the go. Dilute in distilled water and pour into spray bottle for an all-natural room fragrancer.

You may find that Jasmin blends especially well with rose oils, sandalwood, clary sage and all the citrus oils.

Commonly found the world over. There is confusion over where the plant was originally found but it is thought that it's native to central Asia.

Jasmine, revered in many traditions as the perfume of love, brings a feeling of confidence, warmth and trust, releasing inhibitions and developing exhilarating playfulness. Napoleon gave a large bottle to the Empress Josephine!
