At the start of the month, I was kindly sent a range of Amphora Aromatics products to try out at home, I couldn’t wait to start pampering myself during this unsettling period.

Spring has now arrived so I have been spending lots of time in the garden, it has been warm and sunny so I have been spritzing myself with the Frankincense & Rose Toner. This product is wonderfully refreshing and has a lovely natural aroma, helping me feel revitalised. Unfortunately, I got slightly sunburnt in the garden but the Lavender Gel is wonderfully cooling on my skin and is known to be naturally calming.

With the new season comes Hayfever! My eyes can get dry and itchy. I apply Amphora’s gentle Cucumber & Elderflower Eye Gel to soothe my undereye area when needed throughout the day. I also use this in the morning to awaken my eyes and reduce any puffiness.

I have a lot more spare time at the moment so I have been indulging in longer baths with regular facemasks. I adore the Frankincense & Rose Clay Mask, it is lovely to apply to my skin as the texture is soft, luxurious and smells incredible! Afterwards, my skin feels supple and glows every time I use it. Frankincense is known to help tighten skin which is ideal for me as I am nearly 30, so I need to take extra care of my skin. Afterwards, I have been applying Amphora’s Neroli & Aloe Moisturising Face Cream, this has natural anti-ageing properties and honestly, I can say my skin’s texture has improved and looks more renewed!

In the evening I am enjoying diffusing relaxing oils such as Lavender, Bergamot and Orange. This helps me to unwind and creates a calming atmosphere in my home. Lavender is known to help with sleep problems so I have been adding a few drops on my pillow too. My partner and I often use the Relaxing Massage Oil this smells amazing with stress-releasing floral oils such as Chamomile and Melissa.

Using these fantastic products has definitely helped improve my overall wellbeing and my skin is in great condition!
