Whilst being in lockdown, I have had some fun experimenting different recipes in our diffuser at home. Today I’m going to be sharing some of our family favourites that you can all get involved with.

Everyone loves a good candle, good music but most of the time the ambience creates that relaxing atmosphere at home. Though we have 40-hour candles that sprout the fresh scents of aroma’s that fill the home properly, we thought in this post we could enlighten you all to a few spring and summer essential oil recipes. Many have that therapeutic and relaxing vibe, whilst some will fill your room with richness and floral tones.

Whilst being in lock down, I have had some fun experimenting different recipes in our diffuser at home. Today I’m going to be sharing some of our family favourites that you can all get involved with. I love using different oils as it can make the atmosphere feel different as well as smell amazing.

1 Drop of Geranium Essential Oil
2 Drops of Lavender Essential Oil
4 Drops of Lime Essential Oil

Kick Start in Spring is one of my favourites, it has this zesty and punctual scent.

I use this mixture to work out with, it keeps me motivated but also has that fresh and floral undertone of the lavender and geranium.

2 Drops of Bergamot Essential Oil
2 Drops of Ylang Ylang Essential Oil
5 Drops of Orange Essential Oil

Sun is Shining is another family favourite, it’s one that has this muted but vanilla inspired scent from ylang ylang. But still has that fruity aroma from the orange. It’s pleasant and a good one to use on a day to day.

3 Drops of Lavender Essential Oil
2 Drops of Lemon Essential Oil
2 Drops of Rosemary Essential Oil

Something for you more mature ladies and gents out there reading, this is the Fresh N Clean.
It’s got this fresh spring aroma of lemon and lavender but the rich scent of rosemary!

2 drops Lemongrass Essential Oil
2 drops Lavender Essential Oil
2 drops Eucalyptus Essential Oil

This particular blend allows you to breathe fresh sweet air. This blend is great for those lazy weekend afternoons in the sun.
