You could also add a few drops to a cotton ball and place under the pillow. Add a few drops to a bath to enjoy its invigorating and refreshing properties. Dilute with a carrier oil and use in massage to help refresh, restore and ease sore muscles. Diffuse in a vaporiser or traditional burner to help energise and refresh.
Add a few drops to a warm bath to help ease joints and clear the airways. Dilute to a maximum of 1% in a carrier oil and use in massage to help invigorate and refresh. Add a few drops to a traditional burner or vaporiser to help energise and revitalise. Inhale directly from the bottle or add a few drops to a handkerchief to enjoy its refreshing scent on the go.

Dilute in a carrier oil before skin application. Keep away from children and out of eyes. Do not take internally or apply undiluted to the skin. For further advice on using essential oils to treat medical conditions, we recommend you seek advice from a professional.

Although Eucalyptus globulus is the most widely used variety a less well known species Eucalyptus Radiata is a better choise for use in aromatherapy as it has all the properties of the former but a pleasanter aroma than the common Eucalyptus is more easily assimilated and less likely to irritate the skin
