Back to Work All-Natural Aromatherapy Mood Booster. 5 Essential Oils to lift the spirits and give you a Positive Mental Attitude.

Many people have returned to work today after a lovely long break over Christmas. Of course, many people have had to work through it all. Either way, it can be a challenging time of year.

Externally we’re all being positive and talking a good game. Our private feelings may be a different matter!

A New Year brings new opportunities and the chance to make new plans and follow new dreams. It can also be a daunting time if you’re low on confidence, energy and belief.

A few days of Aromatherapy inhalation can help to create a positive atmosphere and a confident mood.

It’s as easy as adding a few drops of certain pure essential oils to a burner or vaporiser. Alternatively you can add them to a hanky, the floor of your morning shower or just add the blend to a small bottle and inhale as required.

Here are a couple of blends for you to try. They use oils with boosting and mood enhancing properties.

Blend 1:

3 drops Bergamot

2 drops Clary Sage

Both Bergamot and Clary Sage are uplifting oils which can help to balance the emotions, instil a positive attitude and increase confidence.

2 drops Lemon

1 drop Ylang Ylang

1 drop Grapefruit

Lemon is a particularly uplifting oil which can help to lift a dark mood. Ylang Ylang helps to keep you relaxed and calm while Grapefruit is an energising oil which can again help to lift the emotions and provide a positive outlook.

These blends together with some positive thinking will help to make the transition back to work that little bit easier.

We’d love to hear which oils you turn to when the going gets tough? Let us know in the comments box below :-)
